Subscription Policy

AutoShip Subscriptions 

When you subscribe to the AutoShip program, your products are delivered automatically! You will never have to worry about running out or having to re-order the product you depend on.

To Set Up AutoShip:

1. Shop
   When you order your product, select the AutoShip option.

2. Schedule
   Choose your delivery frequency.  You can have your product shipped every 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months or 3 months.

3. Save
   You save 5% on every AutoShip order.  When your product is on sale, you’ll get the sale price plus the 5% subscription discount.

NOTE:  AutoShip is for end users of Brilliant Molecular Nutrition products and is not available to health practitioners or resellers.

Manage Your AutoShip

You can manage the frequency, quantity, shipping date, billing address and payment method in the MyAutoShip section of [my account] on the website.  You can also easily cancel your subscription.

Cancellation

Please cancel at least five business days prior to the next shipping date to make sure that the shipment is stopped in time. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

Shipping

AutoShip orders ship by our standard shipping method.  AutoShip is not available in Canada or other international countries. 

Expedited shipment is not available for AutoShip orders.  If you would like to receive your order sooner, please change the date in your AutoShip delivery schedule.
